We collect no personal data. sleepcalculators.site does not require registration, does not use accounts and does not store any personally identifiable information on any server.
All sleep tool data — your sleep log, quiz answers, chronotype results, bedtime reminders — is stored exclusively in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device. We cannot access it, read it or transfer it.
We do not set tracking cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not use third-party analytics cookies.
Your browser may store localStorage values set by our JavaScript — these include your dark mode preference (sc-dark), language preference (sc_lang), sleep tool results and tracker data. These are stored on your device only and are not accessible to us or any third party.
We may use self-hosted or privacy-first analytics to understand aggregate site usage (page views, popular tools). This does not involve personal data, cross-site tracking or fingerprinting. No individual user is identifiable from our analytics data.
sleepcalculators.site does not display advertising. No ad networks, including Google AdSense, are loaded on this site. We do not monetise through advertising.
We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). This means Google's servers receive a request for the font files when you visit our pages. Google Fonts operates under Google's privacy policy. We use GDPR-compliant font loading with rel="preconnect" and display=swap.
All other functionality — sleep calculations, audio synthesis, charts, data storage — runs entirely in your browser with no external service calls.
Our tools include content appropriate for children (Kids Sleep Planner). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and given our no-data-collection architecture, this is guaranteed by design rather than policy alone.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to provide, correct or delete. You can clear all locally stored tool data at any time through your browser settings (Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → Site data).
We will update this page if our data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any revisions. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
